Integrated Brand Leadership & Strategic Campaign Direction for National Youth Advocacy
Strategic Vision
My goal was to move beyond "event branding" and create an emotional ecosystem. I directed a narrative-led campaign that positioned a sports fundraiser as a movement for youth potential. By aligning donor values with a high-energy visual identity, we bridged the gap between community participation and high-stakes fundraising. This project showcases my ability to act as a Guardian of the Brand while managing complex, multi-channel rollout schedules.
Overview
The Dare to Dream Cup was a large-scale fundraising tournament created to support the Blue Devils FC Foundation’s mission to make soccer more accessible to young athletes. The initiative required a unified campaign identity that could generate community engagement, increase foundation visibility, and support a $100,000 fundraising goal.
Campaign Context
The foundation needed a compelling campaign narrative that could resonate emotionally with families, sponsors, and community partners while maintaining a professional and cohesive visual presence across digital, environmental, and event platforms.
Brand Direction & Stewardship
• Mission-Driven Storytelling: Developed the "Dare to Dream" narrative, ensuring consistency across digital, social, and physical event environments.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partnered with foundation stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a unified brand experience for a $100k fundraising initiative.
• Tactile Brand Touchpoints: Art directed photography and environmental graphics to capture the "human element," fostering deep community trust and brand authenticity.
• Data-Informed Creative: Monitored campaign engagement to refine messaging in real-time, ensuring maximum reach and resonance across target audience segments.
The campaign centered on a high-growth startup mentality: agility, impact, and scale. The visual direction balanced the optimism of youth with the professional rigor of a national foundation. I designed a "modular" campaign toolkit—social assets, event banners, and sponsor kits—that allowed the team to deploy brand-aligned content across all platforms with speed and precision.
